Deciding which fee lines a payment settles. By default the oldest debt by due date; it can be directed at a specific fee type. See Allocation.
What a family owes and has not paid. Tuition arrears and feeding arrears are tracked separately.
One hundredth of a percent. 500 bp is 5%; 10,000 bp is 100%. Used for discounts and assessment weights so that a figure like 7.5% is exact rather than a repeating decimal.

How far ahead a family pays for meals — Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Termly, or None. Paying further ahead earns a discount. See Feeding rates.

A named discount — Staff child 50%, Scholarship 100% — attached to a pupil’s enrolment for a term. See Discounts.

One hundredth of a cedi. Every amount is stored as a whole number of pesewas so that fees, discounts and payments can never disagree by a fraction. The screens show cedis.
A report card signed off by the head teacher and frozen. Later changes to marks or scales do not alter it. See Report cards.
A form master’s assertion that their class’s marks and remarks are complete and it is fit for the head teacher to review.
Money going back to a family. Requires approval by someone other than the person who requested it. Compare credit note.
Undoing a whole billing run that should not have happened, with a reason recorded. For a single pupil, use a credit note instead.
The frozen copy of a report card written at publication — marks, grades, position, attendance and remarks exactly as they stood.
Reversing the receipt of a payment that should not have been recorded. Unwinds its allocations. Not the same as a refund, which records cash leaving.
