Fee collection
Billed, collected, credited and outstanding for the term, broken down by how the money arrived.
Attendance by class
Which classes are marking registers and which are not.
Attendance trend
How attendance is moving through the term.
Chronic absentees
Pupils whose absence has become a pattern rather than an incident.
Needs attention
Things the system has noticed and nobody has dealt with.
Reading the collection figures
Outstanding subtracts credit notes deliberately: a waived charge is not a debt you intend to collect, so counting it as arrears would overstate what the school is owed. See Corrections.
Chronic absentees
This is the list worth acting on. Attendance figures for a class average away the individual pupil who has stopped coming; this list names them. Remember that Late counts as present, so a pupil who is always late does not appear here. See The attendance register.Alerts
Alerts surface things the system has noticed: gaps in the fee grid, unallocated payments, registers that were never marked. Each carries a severity, a description, and often an action to take. An alert that has been dealt with can be dismissed. Dismissing it clears it from the list without deleting the underlying record — the payment is still unallocated if you dismiss without allocating it.Who can see it
